✅ Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The item must have been purchased directly from divanfix.com

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service — Divanfix is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

🔁 Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or would like a different style, we’re happy to help you with an exchange, subject to availability.

To exchange an item:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and your exchange request
  2. Send back the original item following our return instructions
  3. Once received and approved, we’ll ship the replacement at no extra charge

💵 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email. If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping charges) will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Items returned in used or damaged condition may be subject to partial refunds or rejection.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Gift cards

If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
